Surah No. 6, Al Anaam, Part of Ayat No. 15

Translation :

And do not kill life unjustly whom Allah has made forbidden, this is decree of Allah, that you may use wisdom.

Surah No. 17, Al Isra, Ayat No. 33

Translation :

And do not kill anyone whose killing has been forbidden by Allah, except for a just cause. And whoever is killed wrongfully, We have given his heir the authority (to demand Law of Equality in Punishment or to forgive or take blood money). But let them not exceed limits (of their demand). Verily, they are helped (by the Islamic law)
