Surah No. 2, Al Baqr, Ayat No. 188
And do not eat up one another's property unjustly (e.g. stealing, robbing, deceiving, etc.), nor give bribery to the rulers (before presenting your case for judgment) that you may knowingly eat up a part of the property of others sinfully.
Surah No. 4 An Nisa, Ayat No. 29
Believers! Do not eat up each other’s property wrongfully; rather you are granted permission for trade with mutual consent. You shall not kill yourselves by doing contrary to this. Surely Allah is ever Compassionate to you.
Hadis : The prophet Mohammad (saws) said : " If two persons amongst you, bring a case before me, for a decision, and if one of you is strong enough to plead his case in strong words and give evidences in a positive manner, which may be false. since I too is a human being and give a decision in favour of the wrong person, and he will then get that property; As a matter of fact that person is obtaining a piece of land in the Hell instaed of that property ".
