35. Challenge of Allah to other people regarding Quran

Can anyone make one similar Surah of Quran ?

Surah No. 2, Al Baqr, Ayat No. 23

وَإِن كُنتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُواْ بِسُورَةٍ مِّن مِّثْلِهِ وَادْعُواْ شُهَدَاءكُم مِّن

o دُونِ اللّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

Translation :

And if you any doubt in Our revelation which We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Surah like this ; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah, if you are truthful.
